I.T. Maintenance

GB UK can offer different types of maintenance cover for all of their customers. This ranges from extending warranty on I.T equipment or covering your full I.T infrastructure.

We offer two different levels of support:-
  • 8 Hours - Our standard guaranteed response time is 8 hours for both hardware and software from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
  • 4 Hours – Our premium guaranteed response time is 4 hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, we advise this level of support for mission critical hardware i.e. Servers.

If you are looking for IT support and would like to meet us to see for yourself how GB UK can help you, then we would like to offer you half-a-day of free time with one of our Consultancy Engineers. At this initial meeting, we will conduct a general health check overview of your system, and then discuss our findings with you and offer any advice.
