Bought a couple of refurbished laptops from GBUK in 2018 and the transaction was good. Good to deal with, good price etc. etc. However, one had a faulty fan after a year. Spoke to them and sent it back. They fixed the problem under warranty, kept me infomred and above all else were actually real people who took ownership, not call centre folk on a script. A breathe of fresh air!
